Well, I'm glad that The Theory of Almost Everything's Eddie Redmayne got an Oscar for his sheer effort in portraying Prof  Stephen Hawking. I enjoyed it nearly as much as Paddington and Shaun the Sheep

Turning Japanese

Perfect your dance moves...see last post for Japanese grrrl band AKB48!

AKB48 Sugar Rush

All-girl Japanese Pop band AKB48 (renown for sickly sweet lyrics, high-pitched singing, wild dance moves and matching kitsch outfits) are causing an Olympic Pop Nightmare. Are they too embarrassing to perform at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics? Surely not. See: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M7foG62jNMU
