Eymer?
Terracotta roof tile fragment from the river Orwell in Suffolk (I left the Elizabethan bricks behind!) Googling reveals it was made by the Keymer tile company, who've been making tiles in Suffolk since 1588...

This looks worth a trip to Newcastle. Gertrude Bell was an archaeologist, diplomat, linguist, writer & mountaineer who advised Churchill on policy in the country which became Iraq. Exhibits include Lawrence of Arabia's headdress.....

Psycho Cycles
Cribbed this idea from a vintage cycling poster from the 1880s. Psycho Cycles were set up by the Starley brothers in Coventry, selling their "Psycho" cycle, named after a conjuring trick or illusionist from the "Egyptian theatre" Music Hall, London.
Look, No Hands
Don't do Strava or Wifit, but an old school bike milometer clocked 1224 bike miles for 2015. One milometer dropped off on a bumpy ride in the Yorkshire Dales and I had to get a new one.....

Public Transport Drawing Wins Prize
Congratulations to Andy Cooper for his prize winning entry featuring a cable car atop Huddersfield's iconic Jubilee Tower on Castle Hill. Andy wins a trip on a 1980s class 142 diesel locomotive accompanied by the judge, Mr Marcus Stewart, who will provide him with a ticket and running commentary, all the way to Sheffield.........and back. Well deserved!
